They're frozen together in a pillow pack which you'll likely use in one hit, but if you don’t want to use the whole block at once, defrost in fridge for six hours, separate, and refreeze what you don’t need now. The baby squid are frozen as they came out of the sea so will need cleaning - just a moment's work!
